June is Bike Month and that means, Bike to Market Month! Biking to Market is a great way to live the local lifestyle, reduce your carbon footprint and at the same time reduce traffic and congestion around market locations. We're making it easier to "Bike to Market" by providing bike parking and grocery delivery at some of our markets.

Here's an outline of what's happening during Bike to Market Month

East Vancouver Farmers Market
Free Bike Valet - (June and July) BEST will be providing free bike valet services this season. Look for the bike corral at the 15th Avenue entrance to the market.

Kids' Bike Parade - (June 6, 11am) - Come with a decorated bike or arrive at 9:30 to decorate - materials provided. For all ages. Wear a Costume!

B:C:Clettes Performance - (June 6, 12:30pm) - enjoy a lively performance by this bicycle-inspired dance troupe. B:C:Clettes website

Free Raffle Tickets (June 27th only) - get two free tickets to our raffle when you show your bike helmet at the Market information tent.

Kitsilano Farmers Market

Free Bicycle Valet - (every week) provided in partnership by Vancouver Farmers Markets, the Vancouver Area Cycling Coalition and the Kitsilano Community Centre. Park your bike for free in our supervised corral. Bike valet located at the north end of the market.

Bicycle Repairs and Check ups - (every week) UBC AMS Bicycle Co-op Farmers Market Bicycle Support team. Learn how to maintain your bike and make small repairs to keep it in tip-top shape.

Free Bicycle Grocery Delivery - (every week) UBC AMS Bicycle Co-op Farmers Market Bicycle Support team will trailer your market goodies to your home by bike. Grocery Delivery Boundary
